I am glad to share my experience, I couldn't believe there are still decent companies and technicians who appear to care about the customers problems. Before Joseph began I was hesitant to tell him that I would be observing him I know that could make people feel uncomfortable ,but because someone is always trying to get over. Joseph ruled out until he fixed the problem he was very nice and kind. Answerd every question I asked, which was quite a few. Jake to the rescue! I purchased new appliances and the company that came to do the set up could not install the dishwasher because of a valve issue, so I called Paschal. Jake was able to come same day to do the repair. He offered to install the new dishwasher and did a fantastic job. He even cleaned the mess the other company left behind. Had a leak from the water heater pipe going down into the wall , apparently had been leaking a while before it started showing where we could see it. Called and they got a plumber to us the next day. Called Paschal yesterday to set up an appointment to replace my water pressure regulator. David called ahead and showed up this morning to check everything out. He gave me a quote and I accepted. About 30 minutes later everything was completed and checked out. I now have water pressure in the house. He was quick and efficient in installing it. I had my biannual HVAC inspection today. And I had the privilege of having a new technician today. His name was Arturo. Boy he’s been the best technician I’ve had in a very long time. He was very, very thorough with all three of my systems. He took his time, making sure he inspected everything very thoroughly. And then he even went above and beyond, and came in the house and explained everything to me. And when I had questions he would show me pictures or take me to the unit in question and explain everything to me so I understood it. I cannot recommend Arturo enough. If you are thinking about using PASCHAL for your HVAC inspections, I would recommend recommending requesting Arturo he is exceptional.

Dequan was quickly able to tell that my service line to the barn did not have a problem like i thaught. So after what he checked i can go from there and fix my problem on the air compressor.

I have a 10 year old HVAC system and Kolby Brown, my technician and Chad Beene, Paschal contractor, discussed the ‘down the road’ issues vs a new system. The comparison was a no brainer. I have followed Kolby to now being with Paschal even foregoing a summer checkup that I had already paid for. Says alot of how much I trust Kolby to give me the best service plus just being a really great guy. I appreciated the time spent by Chad and Kolby for me to come to the decision of a new system.It will be installed this week and I will post later on the installation. Thank Goodness it’s not in the 100’s yet!

LANDIN repaired the Condensation pump on my air conditioning unit. He was very thorough and showed and explained to me what the problem was. He gave me two options on what to do and I had him replace the pump. He was very knowledgeable and I would recommend him for the good job he did.

I haven't answered this review because I didn't have any high speed data till now. The installation went well but there was two things that happened that I didn't like-one Charlie came inside the house took the vent covers off to remove the filters because the vents wouldn't used anymore one in the hall going to the bedrooms and the other in the livingroom both in the ceiling. He tried twice to get the vent cover up on the one in the hallway and I told him to stop. I asked Frankie to do it and when he did we discovered that Charlie didn't line the holes up and drilled a second hole next to one of the holes already there and it was visible once the vent was up. Frankie got some white putty and patched the hole. I was upset because I had just had the inside of the house painted but Frankie fixed it.

The second thing Frankie didn't put the cover back on the opening of the crawl space and I didn't discover it until a day and a half later. I would of had a real problem if some animal would of gotten under the house and did damage.
That's it and I was very pleased with the installation Frankie and Charlie did a good job besides those two issues.

Travis Baker from Paschal arrived within the same day (I called at 4PM) and provided us with incredible service! He was extremely friendly, considerate, knowledgeable, and fixed our issue for a very affordable price! He even pointed out issues that a previous tech from another company missed which led to the issue he resolved. He told us about the subscription service which is going to save us $80 on our home warranty, and made sure to go above and beyond even though it was late in the evening. He even covered his shoes whenever he came in the house which is huge for us!

I called again to schedule one of those benefits - annual maintenance on my AC. Replaced air handler and condenser. Repaired dented duct and torn insulation found by Kory the salesman, which is a very knowledgeable and honest man. Everything was done like he said it should be done. Was very pleased with them sending out three crews A/C installers, duct cleaners, and duct work installers. They were all young men, but was experienced and quite professional. Each knew their job and performed it while their partner worked on a different area such as one inside the other outside, so job was completed faster.
Even went above and beyond, such as Doug(hope I got name right) repaired ceiling in air handler closet as drywall was rotten and fell out, kept me from having to get a drywall guy for small job. Thanks to the ductwork installers, that was more work than I thought, no telling what all they did extra, I’m not able to get in attic due to health. But I saw the nasty insides of the plenum and trunk duct holding lots of dust and grime after they got them out.
Kudos to the last two duct cleaners, forgot to get their names, but showed me video of duct branches before and after cleaning, looked good. Then they cleaned up everywhere even swept and mopped the whole house, my wife was so grateful.
It’s so great to have a company do work for me and want to do what is right and to do such great job and not just want a paycheck!!

Anthony greeted me and after I explained and showed him what the problem was, he went right to work.
After Anthony was finished with the job, he explained everything that was done to rectify the situation. My A/C had the metallic tape come off where it was connected to the fan unit. Anthony removed the damaged taping and placed sealant to prevent any air flow leaks. He also placed a shut off valve to the draining system. My A/C is working properly and my house is cooling down rapidly. Thank you, Pascual, but mostly thank you Anthony for doing an outoutstanding job.

Our a/c stopped working during last night. I called Paschel today, and Anthony was the tech that came to get cool air for us.. Wow!! Did he ever. He informed us that the compressor was no longer working, and it needed to be replaced. Of course it was no longer under warranty!! We ended up with a new purchase of an air conditioner and furnace! WHAT?? So, next Monday Paschel will be back out to install the new system.. 😢😢😢 The point of not only spending too much money is that Anthony was great to work with. I have been a Paschal customer for several years. They are incredibly responsive, and I often get an appt the very next day. I have had HVAC, Plumbing, and electrical services through them. Today I am reviewing the plumbing services. We had an issue with a hot water heater leak. Plumber arrived and had issues with how it was to be repaired. The repair was completed, but the company called and just wanted to send out another plumber (no charge) the next day to double check that all was good. Russell Grimes came, did some minor rearranging of drain, etc to improve safety and efficiency. Explained everything he was doing and why. Walked us through everything. I cannot praise him highly enough and would gladly have him as my plumber for every future visit!! Thank you, Paschal for making sure everything was working well.

Very easy and quick to get an appointment scheduled for the same day. The tech communicated when they were an hour away and he arrived within the window given. Devon was friendly, prompt and helpful. He communicated clearly what was needed and got us taken care of quickly. Very fairly priced as well.

Chris and Bobby came in to give me a second opinion. First plumber said we'd need to replace all pipes under the tub. Chris and Bobby proved that the pipes were sound, then identified the new roof and a cracked tile as my sources of moisture infiltration. My roofer will fix one, and I'll fix the other myself.

In short, they saved me 1300 bucks, and made themselves next to nothing. They found a ton of stuff that would be good to work on, but basically resolved my emergency for free. This is my go to company now.

Bobby and Garrett did a great job replacing the shower cartridge in my bathroom. It was a big job and took quite a while. They left the bathroom clean and just the way they found it and now my faucet works better than it ever has!!! Very professional and knowledgeable!!!

My air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I mentioned this in passing to their HR representative, Makayla. She suggested that I call customer service to get a quote. When the technician came out, he was so thorough and professional. He showed me his recommendations Along with price quotes for temporary repairs as well as replacing the entire unit. I was surprised with how reasonably priced the quotes were. I decided to replace the entire unit. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have used Walker for years and appreciate them very much. They have put in two HVAC systems and done routine checks and maintenance on a regular basis. Their guys know their stuff and have never steered us wrong or tried to upsell us on anything. The updated scheduling system needs some tuning up and it would be nice to receive a heads-up if technician is more than an hour beyond the 4-hour window given. Calvin is awesome -- so knowledgeable, focused, and thorough. I flip on my systems with the confidence that they are in good shape and safe. Now, if you y'all could bring some fall weather! [Edited in 2024] I continue to experience issues with their automated scheduling service: multiple 'reminders' and exhorting me to make appointments I've already made. Have talked to them about how annoying this is. Also: talked to them about reminding their techs to stay focused on the issue at hand and STOP opining on my household decor OR my decision to have carpeting in parts of my home. It's none of their damned business! Very awkward. If service wasn't good, I would switch companies because of the unnecessary comments about my home decor. Stay on task.

We have a unique home layout due to add-ons done over the years and almost no room was comfortably heated or cooled. We had Ya'll out to diag. our furnace. It went out during the recent ice storm. Response was quick, the repair had us comfortable and warm! And we WILL use you again!

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

Diagnosed issue after isolating different components. Believes thermostat may be failing, as several times recently the unit continues to run although the temperature is above the setting. Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. I will be doing the replacement myself.

On the same day as the deep freeze hit Texas, I found out my sister in Azle had no heat. I live out of state so checked yelp and Google, chose Straight Shooter for all the 5 star reviews. I couldn't wait to leave them another one!

I called and spoke with Donna who is the kindest person, so helpful and scheduled my sister for same day with no emergency upcharge! She even offered to take her a space heater to use while she waited for the technician. Such an angel!

He has been in the industry for 20 years. When Michael was finished with his assessment we met with Patti to go over options and pricing. She was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. We are purchasing two new units and they will be installed in a few days. Straight shooter will shoot you straight! Highly recommend them!

I was having A/C issues when it was 103 degrees outside. I called Straight Shooter and they were very responsive. Caleb came out right away and diagnosed my system and we had cold A/C again. Let me start by saying, I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and work ethic these gentlemen possessed. I called Monday afternoon Patty was there that evening . The next day at 8am my system was being
installed. The gentleman arrived at 7:45am and started working. They did not leave until 5:30pm working the entire time, even pulled my trash can from the curb. My system looks GREAT, and my installation looks GREAT! I'm so happy!! Will definitely recommend to everyone!

They were quick to come out and it turns out our 20 year old AC system needed to be trashed and was in need of an efficient system before the hot Texas summer takes it out.
